How is this procedure different?
ThermiRF is a highly efficient method of sub dermal skin tightening and fat melting. Not only is the energy able to be delivered in a much shorter time frame, the set up of the machine (1 minute) is much simpler and quicker than any other machine on the market. Furthermore the results appear much more quickly for the patients and they are very happy that they achieved such great tightening with a micro invasive technique and avoided surgery, yet were still able to achieve a great result.

Who is the ideal candidate?
The ideal patient is someone that demonstrates mild to moderate skin laxity in the neck and jowls and who is not ready for surgery yet, but would just like to achieve a more defined jaw line along with smoothening of the jowls. Also patients with mild to moderate sub mental liposis (fat deposit under the chin) respond very well to direct fat melting with ThermiRF. The same philosophy applies to other body areas, such as the bra-roll and upper arm triceps overhang.

This is the best innovation in cosmetic medicine in years ! I love making my patients happy !

How is this procedure different?
It offers a minimally invasive method to control the delivery of radiofrequency energy (heat) to the skin, subcutaneous fat and fibrous septae. You can control the depth of treatment, internal temperature, and treatment time, all while simultaneously monitoring the external skin temperature for safety.

Who is the ideal candidate?
The ideal patient is one that has minimal to modest skin laxity with normal to above average subcutaneous fat. They are often patients that can't be treated effectively with non-invasive modalities, but are not ready for or wish to avoid more invasive surgical procedures.

How is this procedure different?
Gives a less painful approach to skin tightening on different body areas compared to other devices on the market.

Who is the ideal candidate?
Patients with some laxity of skin but not severe enough for surgery.

Another tool in the quest for skin tightening. Not every patient can tolerate the devices on the market such as thermage or ulthera. I have some photos as well to share.

How is this procedure different?
This ALWAYS gets results!!! First time in twenty years that a device has delivered MORE than was expected of it. Also, the possibilities of treating other conditions successfully are numerous.

Who is the ideal candidate?
Anyone with any laxity (looseness) at all of the neck, abdomen, arms, knees or other places. If they have excessive volume as well, we can treat it with liposuction as well (we call it ThermiLipo). Anyone with localized areas of cellulite (which we are successfully treating with ThermiRF.

Truly an amazing device - and I've had many. We are looking forward to continuing to find new applications for this wonderful technology.

How is this procedure different?
ThermiRF bridges the gap between non-invasive and surgical treatments. Skin tightening results are far superior to any non-invasive treatment that I have worked with. Although it is minimally invasive, the down time consists of just a few days of minor swelling.

Who is the ideal candidate?
People in the age group of 40 and above with loose skin in the lower face, jowels, chin or neck area. People contemplating surgery, and people who are disappointed with the results of non-invasive treatments.

Although ThermiRF is currently FDA approved for treating the frown lines that we typically treat with Botox, the off label uses of this one device has replaced multiple other machines I have been using for skin tightening, liposuction, and cellulite treatment to name a few.

How is this procedure different?
Getting known as a "tweener" procedure , in between non invasive and invasive treatments.

Who is the ideal candidate?
Any age

I love it
