Well known from the hit show on NBC, The Biggest Loser, fitness expert Jillian Michaels' newest workout DVD, Yoga Meltdown, combines yoga and strength training for fast weight loss results. As seen on the The Doctors, Jillian says that yoga delivers "core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning" and by combining these power poses with circuit training, readers (and viewers) can really lose weight and sculpt their bodies.
