ASLMS Meets This Weekend in Phoenix

 

The annual meeting of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery is fast approaching and AHB will be reporting from the conference.

The American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) will hold their annual meeting this weekend in Phoenix, AZ. The society focuses on advancing medical treatments through the application of biomedical lasers. The development of laser technology has heavily impacted the aesthetic industry and has found application in nearly every corner of the cosmetic world. From liposuction techniques to the treatment of acne - lasers have established a wide reach.

Some notable speakers and topics at the event will be:
  • Dr. David Goldberg - Hair and Pigment Removal
  • Dr. Robert Weiss - Non-Invasive and Invasive Fat Removal
  • Dr. Suzanne Kilmer - My Approach to Fractional Resurfacing and Resurfacing
  • Dr. Ashish Bhatia - Benign Lesion Removal


At this 30th anniversary conference, ASLMS will be honoring Dr. Charles Townes, Nobel Winner and father of laser technology. American Health & Beauty representatives will be attending the meeting and holding interviews with physicians on a variety of subjects.
