cyber mondayToday is Cyber Monday, the online follow-up to Black Friday, where millions flock to online retailers for holiday gift buying savings. This has been called the least productive work day of the year as workers spend more time shopping than working.

lunchtime proceduresThere are many procedures available so that you can pop in and out of your physician's office or medical spa and have a new look. woman with carDoctors and patients alike are still discussing which is really better, saline or silicone? Silicone was approved for use in breast augmentation back in 2006 but doubts still remain among the public regarding its safety. Saline on the other hand, may not provide the natural look and feel patients desire. The Ideal Implant was created to settle that argument.
