Real Housewives Of OC Gretchen Rossi
on RSVP with Dr. Tess Mauricio
A recent guest to the show, Gretchen Rossi spoke with Dr. Mauricio and G about Gretchen's life portrayed on the 4th season of Real Housewives of Orange County and how her life has changed since her appearance on the reality show. Gretchen speaks of her transformation from a woman dependent on a man to becoming the CEO of her own company, including her own make-up and handbag line. Board certified San Diego dermatologist Dr. Mauricio, G and Gretchen all stressed the importance of women aspiring to more than the "M.R.S." degree - that is, marrying successful men who will take care of them.
Along with celebrity guest appearances, RSVP also aims to connect with women globally: to talk about real issues within the Asian community but also issues that concern all women. A culmination of Dr. Mauricio's personal passion to utilize quality television programming to inspire women, RSVP is at times serious, playful, inspirational and above all, educational and empowering.
Dr. Mauricio, a beauty expert who has been featured on shows such as The Doctors and America's Next Top Model sought to bring beauty and real life issues together on her own show RSVP. Pairing with Michael Carandang, Emmy award winning producer of The Tyra Banks Show and America's Next Top Model, Dr. Mauricio's goal was to create a show with topics the really matter to international women.
According to Dr. Mauricio, "We wanted to create a unique platform where we could highlight world class talents and celebrities like Gretchen Rossi and reveal different sides of personalities such as Nadya Suleman or "Octomom" - who will be a future guest this season."
Along with guest celebrities, serious inquiry into real-life issues for women, Dr. Mauricio also discusses beauty treatments. For example, one of the viewers of RSVP wrote the show for advice on nonsurgical rejuvenation. Dr. Mauricio demonstrated her Venus Freeze technology and discussed the procedure with her advice squad of Gretchen Rossi, G and 2 other entertainment personalities.
"The Venus Freeze is the latest technology using multipolar radiofrequency and magnetic energy to create new collagen for the face and body," describes Dr. Mauricio, "The best thing about Venus Freeze is the procedure is painless and patients can often see immediate improvement!"
