Mr. Figueroa is currently the Ideal Image Development Corporation's Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will continue to hold this position as well as the Director of Operations title.

Figueroa joined IIDC in June, 2004. Prior to joining Ideal Image, Figueroa had over 14 years experience in Information Technology and Communications both in the private sector and in the government. He worked on several technology integration initiatives in the U.S. Army, he was an Information Security Consultant for the Department of Defense, the Network Operations Manager for Clear Access Communications and the Information Technology Director for NexGen Telcom Communicationis.

As the new Director of Operations Figueroa's primary responsibilities will be to provide leadership and direction to the IIDC support team. He will be responsible for supporting the following departments: Learning and Development, Marketing, IT, Logistics, Franchise Sales, and all other Corporate Office Operations. "My goal is to create a support system at the corporate office that will allow our franchise partners and corporate owned clinics to focus their primary efforts on sales and customer service" states Figueroa.
