This Sunday is Hollywood's biggest night of the year as the stars gather and throngs of movie buffs tune in to find out who will take home the Oscar this year. James Franco and Anne Hathaway host the 83rd Annual Academy Awards and no doubt the attendees are putting their final touches on their fashions for this Sunday's show. Also this week, some last minute beauty prep to top off months of planning for this event.

Right now many celebs are probably looking at simple, quick procedures that can be done last minute like facial fillers and Botox or Dysport. These injectables often take a few days to really take effect and typically, most of the bruising and redness is cleared up in a day or two.
Botox isn't only applied to the face for forehead wrinkles or lines around the eyes, it's also used in the underarms to help diminish sweating and prevent any embarrassing red carpet stains. It's also sometimes injected in the feet to help ease the pain of walking in high heels all night long. Botox injections are used too at the corners of the mouth to relax specific muscles and make it easier to maintain a smile throughout the evening.
The stars are sensitive to having beauty treatments on much more than just their faces. Many gowns are strapless or have spaghetti straps so having nice shoulders and a beautiful decolletage are important. Blemishes and acne will be taken care of by a dermatologist and any bruising will likely be covered up with a high quality cosmetic concealer.
Of course, the stars are constantly working hard to maintain their appearance. From hours of working out and eating right to careful skin care regimes and regular beauty treatments, celebs make sure they're ready for the paparazzi just about any time.
