Authorities in Britain have discovered that female suicide bombers are having explosives placed inside of breast implants which are then used in a breast augmentation procedure, making the explosives virtually undetectable in standard airport examination.

The explosive is lethal and known as PETN. It is inserted inside the plastic mold during the operation, before the breast is then sewn up. Men are also trying out a similar solution by having the explosive laden implants inserted into their buttocks.

This was discovered by British authorities after the failed suicide bombing attempt last Christmas. They picked up 'chatter' about the procedure and have not ruled it out with further investigation.
