If you're not moisturizing, chances are you see it and so does everyone else. When your skin isn't properly moisturized, it will look dry and the texture of dry skin can make you look older. You may not be ready for aggressive laser treatments or chemical peels, so a facial may be just right for you.

The HydraFacial, discussed recently on The Doctors uses a simple mixture of vitamins and antioxidants in water to refresh and moisturize. The water is applied using a wand with moist sponge at the end. In the first step, the sponge infuses the cells with the antioxidants while removing whiteheads, blackheads, and other impurities from the pores. Next, the aesthetician applies a lotion with hyaluronic acid (HA). HA attracts water so it works with the antioxidant and vitamin infused water, to provide a truly refreshed look.

Many spas offer a variety of facial options so make sure you check it out and see which facial option is best for both your skin and the results you want to see.
