Season one of The Real Housewives of New Jersey was an instant hit last year as part of Bravo's primetime lineup thanks to the catfights and table-flipping antics of the five Jersey girls. During last season, the table flipper herself Teresa Giudice underwent cosmetic surgery for breast augmentation and says she's thrilled with her result.

Teresa revealed in an interview with Steppin Out magazine that she feels sexier now that she has a fuller chest. "I was an A-cup, and I liked them. They were perky. I didn't mind being small," she says. "But after I breast fed, they looked different. I looked at them and went, Ewwwwww. They were deflated. I was just a big nipple."

Many women report a similar experience after having children. The swelling and stretching that comes with having babies can leave your breasts in not-so-hot shape. Luckily there are cosmetic procedures available to both lift and fill your breasts to create the contour you want.

There are more implant options now than ever before. You have the choice of saline or silicone breast implants, and some physicians are performing fat transfer procedures which take fat from where you don't want it and, after purification, the fat is injected where you would like it to go.

Another option is a breast lift with or without the use of an implant. While implants bring back fullness, a lift repairs the toll gravity has taken. During the surgery, the breast tissue is repositioned higher and excess skin is removed. Commonly the nipple must be relocated and can often be sized to make it smaller. There will be some scarring, but this can be tremendously minimized with the skill of a good plastic surgeon, and the scars are well hidden by a bra or swimsuit. It is important to remember that time may take its toll again and it's best to wait until you're done having children so you don't negate the surgery.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey's second season starts Monday, May 3 on Bravo at 10/9c
