Dr. Sheena Kong, a cosmetic doctor in San Francisco was recently on ABC 7 News demonstrating her "inside-out neck lift".
The inside-out neck lift procedure combines a skin tightening using Ultherapy with a neck lift that includes liposuction.
Using the combination of treatments she is able to remove fat and provide skin tightening.
