Liposuction is a less invasive technique than a tummy tuck. It effectively removes excess fat in the flanks to address undesirable bulkiness, with less invasive methods and shorter incisions. A tummy tuck removes excess skin and fat with dissection, as well as tightens the abdominal muscles for a sleeker, firmer body contour. However, it involves more extensive incisions.
