Regardless of age, many patients suffer from acne. Over 85% of adolescents and young adults are afflicted by acne and to no surprise, it is the most common skin disease treated by physicians. Acne occurs when there is an overabundance of natural bacteria Propionibacterium acnes present in the skin. Inflammation is caused when the bacteria blocks follicles - the blockage moves into the dermis which results in red pumps, pustules and nodules. Treatment may include oral and topical medications, laser treatments, fractional skin resurfacing and chemical peels.

Dr. Wesley Anne Brady, MD is a licensed and board-certified gynecologist, who leads the institute, bringing over a decade of Dallas-area experience to the practice. She was the first gynecologic surgeon in Dallas to specialize in cosmetic gynecology, including Vaginal Rejuvenation and Labiaplasty, and has performed more than a thousand of these procedures over the years. She also was the first physician in North Texas to offer the MonaLisa Touch Laser treating vaginal dryness and painful intercourse without hormones.

For over a decade Dr. Brady has operated her private practice in association with the Margot Perot Center of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. She has treated thousands of Dallas-area women for a wide array of gynecologic and obstetric conditions. She conceived the Women's Wellness Institute of Dallas in 2006 to offer women the opportunity to surgically re-capture their youth and confidence with Vaginal Rejuvenation,Labiaplasty and MonaLisa Touch.
Dr. Brady trained in Los Angeles with the pioneer of Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation and Designer Laser Vaginoplasty, David Matlock, M.D., MBA, FACOG. She enhanced her specialized training with Red Alinsod, M.D., another leader in this emerging field, furthering her expertise as a cosmetic vaginal surgeon.
She is the only female cosmetic gynecologist in Dallas, and is one of a handful of surgeons nation-wide to have received specialized training in this surging field.
In 2015, she trained to be a provider for MonaLisa Touch vaginal laser to treat vaginal atrophy, dryness, and painful intercourse and introduced this cutting-edge technology to North Texas.
Dr. Brady earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Gynecologists, and the International Society of Cosmetogynecology.
Dr. Brady was born and raised in Dallas, where she now lives with her husband and three children.
