John Cottingham, MD is proud to announce the opening of South Shore Medicine and Aesthetics and the practice of John Cottingham, MD (www.johncottinghammd.com). The beautiful new location (2640 E. League City Parkway) is in the growing community of League City, TX and this Bay Area practice is only 20 to 25 minutes from downtown Houston.
South Shore Medicine and Aesthetics offers programs for Physician Directed Medical Weight Loss, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and the latest in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures including Botox, Radiesse, Juvederm, Obagi skin conditioning, and SmartLipo.
South Shore Medicine routinely offers monthly specials for cosmetic procedures such as SmartLipo.
Dr. Cottingham is the first Physician in League City and the Clear Lake area to offer SmartLipo, the latest technology in Body Sculpting procedures. SmartLipo, or laser liposuction, is a minimally-invasive body contouring treatment that utilizes a laser to quickly melt stubborn areas of unwanted fat on the face, neck, arms, back, abdomen, hips, thighs and knees. Unlike conventional liposuction, SmartLipo quickly liquefies the fat reducing recovery time to 48 hours. A unique benefit of SmartLipo is that it promotes skin tightening through thermal heating and tissue coagulation, something traditional liposuction cannot do.
All clients for SmartLipo qualify for a complimentary stay at the beautiful South Shore Harbor Resort the night of their procedure.
Dr. Cottingham is proud to offer all active and reserve military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and school teachers discounted pricing on all cosmetic offerings including SmartLipo.
Dr. Cottingham offers complimentary consultations. He says "We maintain a very relaxed atmosphere at South Shore Medicine where clients never feel pressured. We constantly strive to improve the quality of all of our services."
South Shore Medicine and Dr. Cottingham are currently working on an arrangement with the University of Houston's Human Fitness and Performance Graduate Program wherein patients will have availability to the state of the art exercise and diet programs backed by research at the university level.
Dr. Cottingham is a graduate of The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. A native of the Bay Area, he went to Clear Creek High School. He is a third generation product of the Galveston Bay Area, and is proud to serve patients from his hometown community and around the world
