I decided to build our new facility to allow me to take better care of my patients every step of the way through their experience with us. Our practice was built on three key tenants: Safety, Quality and Service. Each year as we look for ways to improve and grow we always come back to these three principles and a few years ago it became clear that for us to take the next step forward we would have to make some pretty big changes.
As we start our 25th year in practice we are so excited to share with you the fruit of our efforts. You will find the new location to be conveniently located in the center of the action on Richmond Avenue between Upper Kirby and the Galleria. The building was designed with patient safety, experience and convenience in mind. The parking is covered, the retail store was built to allow pop in product purchases, and the surgery center has been built to exceed hospital standards for safety and excellence.
You will really have to come and see for yourself all of the wonderful touches that the team worked so hard to create for our patients. Among my favorites are the private rear elevator for patients to use immediately after surgery and the secret passages that allow patients to maneuver through clinic unseen. Our goal was to create something special that fit our process like a glove and I am really quite proud to show you what we have created.
On August 27 at 4 p.m. we will officially close our current location, 11914 Astoria Blvd. Our practice will be closed on the 28th & 29th and then will open the new location on September 2nd. We are looking forward to having you be a part of this very exciting time at our practice and invite you to join our grand opening events coming this Fall.
