International aesthetic physicians will soon be introduced to the ResurFX by Lumenis, Ltd. The ResurFX was introduced at last week's annual meeting of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) in Miami, Florida. The ResurFX is a component for the M22 device for non-ablative fractional resurfacing.

According to the company, the ResurFX module adds non-ablative skin resurfacing for treatment of skin discoloration, periorbital wrinkles and stretchmarks to its existing M22 device.

The device is not FDA cleared in the US at this time.
