Kelly Osbourne, daughter of Ozzy Osbourne and America's Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne, has made a lot of changes lately. While appearing on Dancing With the Stars she lost 50 lbs and has kept it off for a year since. According to Us Weekly, Osbourne now plans to have most of her numerous tattoos removed.
Osbourne has 15 tattoos and wants laser tattoo removal to remove much of her ink. She announced her decision on her weekly column for the British magazine Closer saying that while filming the movie Should've Been Romeo, many of her tattoos were covered up with makeup and she realized that she didn't miss them.
She wrote that she met with her dermatologist and plans to start the removal process as soon as she has the time. Each tattoo removal takes time as several sessions are required to remove any tattoo. The difficulty of the removal varies based on a number of factors, including the age of the tattoo and the color of the ink. Osbourne says that she's heard the removal hurts less than getting the tattoo, which may be true with the aid of newer hand pieces and topical anesthetic.
