THE Aesthetic Academy is the first regionally-based event series which provides the most comprehensive course in building your practice for the medical aesthetics community. The series is an offshoot of THE Aesthetic show, a multidisciplinary forum which holds annual meetings for the purpose of medical education.
The first meeting of THE Aesthetic Academy was held earlier this month at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills and the second event will be held on May 1, 2010 at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City. Two more meetings are scheduled for later this year in Dallas and Miami. The primary objective of the series is to help medical practices maximize their earning potential with aesthetic medicine. The May 1 meeting in New York will feature keynote speaker Dr. Michael Kane, a NYC plastic surgeon, who will be honored with an award for "Outstanding Achievement in Aesthetic Medicine."
Michael Moretti, Program Chairman of THE Aesthetic Academy said, "Building a strong aesthetic practice in today's economic environment requires more than just great clinical outcomes. THE Aesthetic Academy equips practices with the requisite skill set and knowledge base to financially succeed in a highly competitive marketplace."
THE Aesthetic Academy is focused solely on expansion of practice growth and profitability, and seeks to provide a forum for physicians, nurses, and staff to discuss practice building. Support is provided by such industry leaders as Allergan Medical, makers of Botox and Latisse, and Cynosure, manufacturer of SmartLipo technologies.
