Heidi Montag had 10 cosmetic procedures done in one day back in November, and in January she talked about her experience with People magazine. There was a huge backlash against both Heidi and her physician, Dr. Frank Ryan, as questions about plastic surgery addiction flew.

In mid February, Access Hollywood reported that Heidi still wasn't done with cosmetic surgery. She has already had two breast augmentations, and is now in a DDD size bra. Us Weekly asked Dr. Ryan what he thought about Heidi's desire for more surgery and said that he won't operate on her again. On Tuesday, he told Us Weekly,"There's really nothing to do!... I told Heidi that, 'What are you going to do? You're done!'"
Heidi's original 10 procedures were:
- Mini Browlift
- Botox for forehead and frown area
- Nose job revision
- Fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial fold, and lips
- Chin reduction
- Liposuction on neck
- Ear surgery
- Breast augmentation revision
- Liposuction on waist, hips, inner & outer thighs
- Buttock augmentation
